EIC Pathfinder portfolio workshop for the DigDNA projects!
Members of each project gathered at the Science Congress Center in the Technical University of Munich on June 24th, 2024 to meet in person for the first time. They were warmly welcomed by EIC Program Manager for Sustainable Semiconductors Isabel Obieta.
Each project gave a summary of their research, followed by discussions around posters to foster communication and share knowledge and advice. Potential collaborations in between members of the portfolio can begin!
In the afternoon, sessions for each working group were led to design the portfolio roadmap of the years to come, discussing technical aspects of the projects, communication and dissemination plans, setting metrics and standards concerning DNA data storage, and finally exploitation plans. The finalized strategic plan will be made public in the months to come.
